Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of successful sales experience over the phone and in the field, preferably in legal services.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required.
• SaaS sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Network and partner with customers by phone and in person to develop win/win solutions.
• Manage territory by prioritizing renewals and new sales opportunities.
• Build trust with users, key contacts, managers and executives across customer sites.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Thomson Reuters products and the legal industry.
• Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets through visits and calls.
• Provide territory intelligence and market insights.
• Address customer issues including collections to maintain relations.
• Complete weekly sales performance reports and Salesforce reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and conventions as required.
