Commvault is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer located in Washington or capable of remote work within the United States. You will lead pre-sales engagements, translate business needs into technical requirements, and collaborate with account teams to drive revenue.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in software or storage industry with pre-sales experience in a sales engineer role.
• Proven ability to deliver, present, sell and support assigned clients/territories.
• Strong competitive knowledge and strategic perspective.
• Experience selling, conducting Proof of Concept, and architecting data management solutions.
• BS or MS in Computer Science/engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with account teams to formulate territory plans and sales strategies.
• Engage senior IT leadership to qualify technical, financial, and business issues.
• Develop technical account plans and coordinate demonstrations and PoCs.
• Translate pre-sales discovery into concise technical and business messaging.
• Present and defend Commvault solutions to sponsors and decision makers.
• Participate in regional meetings and enable channel/partners with technical guidance.
