Job summary

Tenna seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team with product demonstrations and technical questions. You will manage demo environments, apply a consultative approach, and work withSuccess, Engineering, and Product to stay aligned on platform changes.

You will also lead internal training, onboard new Sales/Customer Success staff, and collaborate with Marketing to keep technical materials current. Remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer/pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Help Scout a plus.
• Strong analytical curiosity and problem solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support across the sales cycle, including product demos.
• Answer customer questions and convey platform capabilities.
• Maintain software demo environments per specs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and Product on issues.
• Lead internal platform training and onboarding for new staff.
• Assist with marketing materials and product roadmaps.
