Job summary

Zscaler in the United States is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for the South Majors team, based in Texas. You will architect technical solutions, serve as a technical advisor through the sales cycle, and ensure Zscaler products align with customer goals and requirements.

You will lead technical product presentations, gather customer requirements, drive product evaluations, and run Proof of Value from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams to accelerate deals and secure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator preferred.
• Knowledge of network security technologies preferred.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the technical sales process and ensuring alignment of solutions with customer goals.
• Running Proof of Value from start to finish, as the technical and industry expert.
• Creating and delivering technical product presentations to prospective customers.
• Gathering customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals.
• Leading product evaluations and custom product configurations.
• Collaborating and supporting internal Zscaler teams.
