Job summary

CAREL USA is seeking a Sales Manager to expand the Refrigeration customer base across the Midwest. You will communicate CAREL technology to stakeholders, from end users to OEMs, and lead demonstrations and proposals across a broad customer base.

The role requires strong communication, deep refrigeration knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 50%. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive market growth and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school in HVAC; 5+ years in refrigeration.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and the public.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems using documented instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations explaining technical aspects of solutions.
• Review specifications and documentation to develop proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with forecasting, R&D, and software teams to provide process improvements.
• Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with OEMs, contractors and partners.
• Travel up to 50% to engage customers and expand market share.
