Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Engineered Sales Manager to drive HVAC system specifications by building consultative relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, facility managers, and other key influencers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design and specify complete HVAC solutions while growing market share across your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, engineering, or a related technical sales role.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with consulting engineers to drive system specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Strong sales acumen with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC products, applications, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, facility managers, and OEM customers to secure HVAC system specifications.
• Provide technical expertise on HVAC applications, system design, and product selection.
• Educate customers on current and emerging HVAC products and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and technical trainings for customers and partners.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on specialty products and system design.
• Advise customers on code requirements and ASHRAE standards.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with sales teams and engineers to drive specification growth.
