Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to be the technical linchpin of our sales process, combining deep product expertise with strategic selling to help customers understand, adopt, and succeed with Doppel.

You'll partner with Account Executives to uncover pain points, design tailored solutions, and translate complex concepts into clear business value—from discovery and demos to proposals and implementations.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
Proficiency in automation technologies and modern software architecture.
Excellent communication translating tech to business value.
Strong analysis of customer workflows and ROI-driven recommendations.
Hands-on prototyping, proofs of concept, and post-sale support.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to strategize deals, design solutions, deliver technical presentations, and address customer questions throughout the sales cycle.
Lead Technical Discovery: Understand customer environments and workflows to recommend Doppel solutions delivering measurable value.
Design and Demonstrate Solutions with demos and proofs of concept linking tech to business outcomes.
Own the technical components of RFPs/RFIs with timely, accurate responses.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to feed customer feedback into roadmap.
Support Implementations: ensure success criteria pre-sale and post-sale handoffs.
Track Market Trends to strengthen Doppel’s positioning and sales strategy.
