Job summary
Doppel is building the future of social engineering defense with an AI native platform that protects organizations from AI powered threats. This role serves as the technical backbone of the sales process, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value and guiding customers from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and ROI-focused analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to strategize deals, design solutions, and address customer questions throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead technical discovery to understand environments and challenges and recommend Doppel solutions with measurable value.
- Design and demonstrate solutions through compelling product demos and proofs of concept.
- Own technical components of RFPs and RFIs ensuring accurate, timely, customer-aligned responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to influence roadmap priorities.
- Support implementations to ensure technical success criteria are defined pre-sale and handed off post-sale.
