Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or 5+ years relevant experience).
• 3-5 years customer facing pre-sales or consulting background.
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions.
• Good understanding of Networking (IP/ Arp/ DNS/ Dhcp/SNMP/ PoE/ Ethernet/ IEEE802.11), Linux.
• Basic understanding of Physical Security, IP-Camera Placement and drone technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve mastery of all Dedrone technology.
• Lead technical and business presentations with CIOs and channel partner leadership.
• Set and manage expectations with customers and team members.
• Provide 1st-level technical pre-sales support for opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics for POC/Pilot processes and tailor tests.
• Develop Statements of Work for Professional Services as needed.
• Represent the products and Axon at field events and conferences.
• Capture feature requests and feedback to Product Management and Sales teams.
