Responsibilities

• Achieve mastery of Dedrone and Axon technology.
• Lead business and technical presentations to IT leaders and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CIOs and channel partners, manage customer expectations.
• Provide first-line technical support during pre-sales engagements.
• Develop and respond to RFPs/RFIs and tailor POC tests for prospects.
• Create and refine technical documentation and SOWs as needed.
