Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Field Service Representative to deploy and install Dedrone by Axon systems remotely across nationwide sites. The role involves hands-on setup on rooftops, fields, or venues, with travel 50-70% and occasional nights/weekends for events or installs.

You will configure, test, and hand over systems, while providing customer training and ongoing support. A technical degree or equivalent experience is required, with security clearances preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on technical fieldwork, including system installations or maintenance.
• Experience with security or surveillance systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic networking and IP configuration.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy Dedrone by Axon systems on-site across diverse environments.
• Configure systems to site-specific requirements and perform testing.
• Provide on-site customer support and training during installations and events.
• Perform routine maintenance and software updates; assist with upgrades.
• Coordinate with engineering and customer success teams for smooth deployments.
