Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting or related field.
- Hands-on expertise with backup, recovery, and data protection technologies.
- Knowledge of data security concepts including ransomware resilience and encryption.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles alongside Account Executives.
- Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer opportunities by showcasing the Data Cloud portfolio.
- Provide tailored technical support throughout the sales cycle including demos and POCs.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop enterprise technical strategies.
- Enable integration of company products into existing environments.
- Lead technical engagements such as demos, workshops, and evaluations.
