Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (East) to drive cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to translate complex requirements into practical tech solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Strong Linux system administration and networking experience.
Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM.
Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Proficient with the Kubernetes ecosystem.
Experience with Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Customer Success to identify priorities and engagement plans.
Manage milestones and deliverables, providing updates and addressing issues.
Centralize technical client information to contribute to account strategy.
Enhance Field Engineering growth through documentation and process optimization.
Serve as primary technical advisor for the company platform and operations.
Assist clients in troubleshooting product implementation.
Record and communicate feature requests to product and R&D.
Advise on technology solutions and strategies related to the company.
Support innovative applications around the company and advanced technologies.
