Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting.
• Hands-on knowledge of backup, recovery, data protection, and cloud technologies.
• Working understanding of data security concepts like ransomware resilience and encryption.
• Experience with proofs of concept and technical decision processes.
• Strong communication skills for clear articulation of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Industry certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement by articulating the company’s Data Cloud capabilities to technical and business teams.
• Provide expert technical support across the sales cycle, including solution design and demonstrations.
• Influence technical strategy for enterprise sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Facilitate integration of products into customer environments, addressing technical inquiries.
• Lead technical engagements such as product demos, workshops, and evaluations.
• Identify and address customer requirements and risks to showcase product value.
• Contribute feedback to Product Management based on customer interactions.
