Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer for the US East region. This remote role partners with customers and internal teams to translate complex requirements into scalable cloud-enabled solutions, influencing architecture and delivery quality.

You will engage with engineering, product, and sales to drive growth. Based in the United States, you’ll leverage MEDDPPIC, deliver technical presentations, and support channel partners.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales, ideally in a channel or partner setting.
Expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or networking industries.
Experience with channel partners, VARs, or distributors is preferred.
Deep understanding of the company’s technology stack and product offerings.
Proven track record in conducting technical presentations and demos.
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
