Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to provide technical leadership and business guidance to regional sales teams. You will evangelize and architect Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools to a targeted list of customers in the region.

You will drive regional revenue goals by leading technical programs, conducting high-impact demos, and acting as a trusted technology advisor to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales engineering experience preferably in a software or data center environment.
• Strong hands-on, can-do approach with a drive for success.
• Breadth of knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience interacting with CxO level personnel to bring tech solutions to business challenges.
• Ability to present technically to customers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership and direction for pre-sales solutions in the assigned market.
• Assists in analysis, design and development of integrated technology solutions.
• Demonstrates expertise on Rubrik’s products, distributed architectures, and storage offerings in the SAN space.
• Acts as a technical advisor to develop solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Delivers technical and sales presentations to customers’ technical staff and leadership.
• Builds relationships with account teams, partners and customers to support sales objectives.
• Leads technical sales calls and qualify opportunities based on requirements and funding.
