Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms and ability to apply AI tools to improve deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts and engage senior stakeholders with confidence.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning and workforce capability challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to enable business performance.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, technology, and vendors.
