Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for its Majors Central team. This is a remote role reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You’ll present technical solutions to customers, gather requirements, and guide product evaluations to successful outcomes.

You should bring 5+ years in sales engineering or network systems integration, a CS-related degree, and hands-on cybersecurity/networking expertise. Preferred certifications and AI tool exploration are a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls).
Demonstrated curiosity and exploration of AI tools, with history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals and needs.
Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
