Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - South Majors to lead a remote team and partner with field Account Executives. You will guide technical strategy, build customer relationships, and solve complex cybersecurity concerns for large enterprise accounts.

You’ll own hiring, develop processes, deliver compelling demonstrations, and support RFPs with clear business benefits, while thriving in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven security company that values ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in sales engineering or systems engineering.
• 5+ years directly leading a sales engineering team.
• Experience selling network security technologies in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team for South Majors.
• Refine sales engineering processes including discovery, qualification, and PoC.
• Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations for complex enterprise needs.
• Provide strategic advice and support for RFPs with tailored recommendations and business benefits.
