Job summary

Groe Advisors LLC seeks an Sr. Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training that elevates sales performance, product knowledge, and dealer readiness.

You will support internal teams, dealers, service technicians, and other partners with onboarding, clinical education, competitive messaging, and ongoing skill development. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure programs are practical, current, and aligned with business objectives, while delivering engaging, blended

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of corporate training, sales enablement, or related role.
• Experience designing, developing and delivering training for sales teams and partners.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in person and virtual.
• Experience using CRM, LMS, analytics, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable training strategy aligned with sales goals and priorities.
• Partner with sales, product, marketing, clinical, and customer engagement teams.
• Create engaging training materials: playbooks, guides, presentations, e-learning, webinars.
• Deliver live, virtual, and blended training sessions for multiple audiences.
• Lead onboarding programs for new sales hires and build learning paths.
• Develop certifications and role-specific development programs.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPI data and feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance.
