Job summary

Kobie Marketing seeks a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to empower Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing with high‑impact sales content and training.

You will produce deal-specific assets, craft playbooks, and manage a centralized content library to accelerate RFx responses and deal cycles. You will leverage AI tools to speed drafts, maintain competitive intelligence, and ensure assets stay aligned with Kobie’s loyalty and martech positioning.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or a related content and sales-support function.
• Ability to build and maintain RFP/RFI responses and answer libraries.
• Proven skill in creating polished, on-brand sales and training decks.

Responsibilities

• Produce deal-driven sales artifacts on demand (RFP/RFI responses, pitch content, demos).
• Draft objection-handling guides, talk tracks, and decision trees for live selling situations.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
• Create enablement and training videos for repeatable learnings.
• Maintain RFP response repositories and ensure libraries are current.
