Job summary
Republic Services is seeking a Senior Sales Effectiveness Analyst to optimize sales processes, tools, and capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze needs, implement solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency across the sales organization.
The role requires 4+ years in business systems or sales support, strong CRM and analytics skills, and experience with Agile or hybrid delivery.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of work experience with business systems, sales, or support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, D365, AESOP, and other applications.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements to support process improvements, system enhancements, product development, or operational initiatives.
- Experience utilizing Agile, Traditional, or hybrid project and product delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Support process improvement, adoption, compliance, and efficiency across sales tools and programs.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making and forecasting.
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to review findings and set priorities.
- Serve as a product owner for processes, products, or programs and coordinate enhancements.
