Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Strong presentation skills.

• Process and results orientation for aggressive goals and resource marshaling.
• Ability to think creatively to challenge conventional solutions.
• Understanding of process implications on larger business needs.
• Ability to plan, monitor and implement projects effectively.
• Ability to identify information needed and ask targeted questions.
• 2+ years in enterprise-level, multi-department projects (preferred).
• 2-4 years in business process implementation, certification, project management or change management (preferred).
• Experience with process documentation and design (preferred).
• Experience in data reporting with quantitative analysis (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support decision making related to process documentation and design to meet initiative goals.
• Lay out project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with leadership.
• Provide change management guidance to support transition needs.
• Analyze and report on key measures of success and adoption.
• Establish relationships with internal customers.
• Support management of the Strategic Initiative portfolio, including financial metrics and risk analysis.
• Complete process mapping and current/future state mapping as required by initiatives.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
