Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Sales Effectiveness to enhance seller productivity and drive business performance. You will translate business needs into scalable processes, support CRM optimization, and create actionable insights with cross-functional partners.

You will develop and maintain Salesforce/CRM reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, while partnering with Sales Leadership to optimize sales execution and enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales effectiveness, business systems, sales performance analytics, and process improvement
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and system requirements
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM reporting, dashboards, KPI development, data modeling, and performance analysis
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, project management, change management, and strategic problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Effectiveness, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver solutions that improve sales effectiveness and seller productivity
• Serve as a strategic business analyst supporting sales effectiveness programs, sales technology, business processes, and performance initiatives
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and actionable system requirements
• Analyze end-to-end sales processes to identify workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, system limitations, and opportunities to improve seller productivity
• Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate enablement program adoption, engagement, effectiveness, and business impact
• Develop advanced Excel-based analytical models for sales performance analysis, forecasting, productivity measurement, scenario analysis, and strategic planning
