Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst to analyze and improve CRM usage and sales tooling. You will create dashboards, report on pipeline, and support Salesforce and related systems across corporate and field teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 2+ years in CRM/sales support, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint. APM/PM methods and cross-functional collaboration are key elements of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM Administration and Sales Reporting.
• Salesforce or Project Management Certification.
• Experience developing business requirements to support CRM customization.
• Experience utilizing Traditional and Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience with business systems, sales, or support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, D365, EQAI, AESOP, and other enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Creates dashboards, analyzes sales data & pipeline reports, and provides CRM support.
• Supports adoption and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and technology.
• Translates business needs into insights and requirements for stakeholders.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM reporting and tools.
• Reviews CRM data to identify trends supporting sales engagement and forecasting.
• Delivers regular sales reports and proactive analysis as directed by Sales Effectiveness leadership.
• Communicates project status to stakeholders and helps socialize delivery goals.
• Participates in training material development and user testing.
• Supports rollout strategies and iterative improvements based on results.
• Engages in sessions with program teams to drive outcomes.
• Maintains bug/enhancement documentation for monthly releases.
• Acts as a technical link between Salesforce and end users.
