Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to drive B2B revenue and design-win strategies with major defense primes, UAS/UGV platforms, and system integrators.

Lead a high-performance sales team, manage the full lifecycle from evaluation to MSAs and high-volume production orders, with up to 50% travel. This remote-friendly role emphasizes strategic execution and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 10+ years in sales leadership within unmanned systems, defense/public safety tech, or similar domains.
• Deep understanding of procurement, budgets, and Federal/State market cycles.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million-dollar quotas.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term forecasts for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive pipeline velocity with CRM tracking and accurate forecasting for all deals.
