Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, drive design‑win revenue with defense primes and UAS/UGV/USV integrators, and oversee the end‑to‑end B2B sales lifecycle from testing to MSAs and large production orders.

The role requires deep understanding of federal procurement, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% across North America. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with significant sales leadership experience in unmanned systems, tactical/public safety, or defense tech.
• Leadership track record with multi‑million dollar quotas in senior sales management.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical in North America.
• Lead the sales team, onboard hires, and train the team for high performance.
• Drive pipeline velocity and CRM forecasting for all deals in the vertical.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and business development to grow the business.
• Source, interview, and hire top-tier sales talent to maintain coverage and minimize gaps.
• Handle customer escalations and major negotiations when needed.
• Translate company goals into actionable daily tasks for the sales team.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, field demos, and industry events.
