ID.me is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Director to lead the Commercial and Workforce Identity Solutions business. This fully remote leadership role will manage a small initial team of Account Executives and Account Managers, drive new logo acquisition, and growth in net revenue retention across commercial and workforce identity accounts.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling into commercial or enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed quota targets for new business and NRRetention across commercial/workforce identity accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close with executive stakeholders.
- Drive expansion and upsell motions within existing customers to grow NRR.
- Forecast pipeline and revenue on a regular cadence.
