ID.me is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead presales for Workforce Identity across the western region. Ideally based in Mountain View, CA, this on-site role collaborates with sales, product, and engineering to tailor demonstrations, RFx responses, and rollout designs for customer deployments.

You will translate complex customer requirements into robust architectures, mentor junior team members, and support go-to-market strategies by leveraging APIs and federated protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical presales and solution consulting.
• Strong knowledge of workforce identity platforms and hiring workflows.
• Ability to design architectures and respond to RFx with precision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ID.me product suite and hiring/workforce use cases.
• Lead RFx responses with technical accuracy across platforms.
• Solve complex technical customer issues.
• Mentor Solution Consultant team and contribute to learning initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve integration challenges.
• Propose improvements based on market trends.
• Translate customer requirements into validated technical solutions.
• Support escalations and drive sales strategy using APIs and protocols.
• Document requirements and design end-to-end solutions.
• Configure solutions addressing unique customer needs.
