Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States seeks a Sales Coach as part of the Ryder Sales University program to boost sales effectiveness through individualized learning paths and coaching.

You will work with field sales leadership to identify development opportunities, facilitate training both in-person and via webinar, review assessments and IDPs, and drive progress with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience.
• Experience in a multi-channel business services environment.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans with coaching and motivation.
• Consult with field sales leaders.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; determine delivery method and content with Sales Training org.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities from evaluations and feedback; apply best practices.
