Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, focused on improving sales talent productivity through individualized learning paths and coaching.

The role involves partnering with field sales leadership to identify training opportunities and track progress with assessments and IDPs. Qualifications

• Seven+ years of Sales or Account Manager experience with successful sales and coaching in a multi-channel business service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans with coaching.
• Consult with field sales leaders to identify training opportunities.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar and design content in conjunction with Sales Training.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek continuous improvement through program evaluations and leadership feedback.
