Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager to shape, sell and close large, multi-service deals. You will lead opportunities from qualification to close, work with senior client executives and Accenture teams, and drive profitable growth through deep sales process and Oracle transformation knowledge.

The role requires extensive experience in selling services, managing pursuits, and a track record with high‑value quotas, including Microsoft relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling services / consulting across SW & Platform Engineering & Maintenance / SI & AMS, Intelligent Infrastructure Services / IMS, AI-Ready Data / Scaled AI Foundation
• Minimum of 2 yrs of experience selling to Microsoft
• Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems using in-depth knowledge of client needs.
• Engage senior client and Accenture leaders to shape strategies and messaging.
• Exert decision-making authority on critical assignments.
• Lead and coordinate team sales activities within large teams.
• Travel may be required (25–100% depending on business need).
