Job summary

Accenture in California is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager to shape, sell and close large deals, leading opportunities from qualification to close with deep sales process skills and industry knowledge.

You will engage with senior client and Accenture leadership, manage multi-service opportunities, travel up to 25-100% as needed, and drive profitable growth across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in selling technology services.
• Minimum 2 years of Amazon Selling Experience + Client relationship
• Minimum 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M+
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience)

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
• Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading transformation strategies.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.
• Travel may be required for this role; amount of travel varies from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
