Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager in the United States to shape, sell and close large single- or multi-service deals. You will lead opportunities from qualification to close, applying deep sales process skills and Accenture’s offerings to drive profitable growth.

You will interact with C-level clients and senior management, determine pursuit strategies, and navigate complex negotiations across teams. Travel may be extensive depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling, with at least 2 years of recent selling experience.
• Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M+.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
• Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Oracle transformation strategies and practices.
• Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
