Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager to originate, shape, sell and close large, multi-service deals in Banking & Capital Markets with a cloud and AI focus. You will interact with senior client stakeholders, craft strategic pursuits and build executive relationships to drive profitable outcomes.
The role requires 8+ years in financial services sales, cloud and AI experience, and strong deal-shaping acumen.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in selling Banking & Capital opportunities.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with quota (>$15M).
- Minimum 2 years of Cloud (AWS/AZURE) experience.
- 2+ years of AI platforms experience (Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Strong financial acumen and complex deal shaping.
Responsibilities
- Create solutions addressing complex technology business problems by understanding client needs.
- Interact with senior client stakeholders to shape and drive strategic pursuits.
- Define pursuit strategies and develop compelling client messaging.
- Build trusted executive relationships and lead teams in large deals.
- Travel may be required (25–100%).
