Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales capture, deal shaping or solution-led enterprise sales.
• Experience in direct sales and quota of $10M+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, pricing collaboration and delivery handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping for Private AI opportunities.
• Translate client priorities around secure AI, data governance, and regulatory compliance into business value propositions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud/infrastructure teams and legal to create integrated solutions and commercial models.
• Develop pursuit strategy, value hypotheses, messaging, win themes and proposal narratives.
• Manage inputs, reviews and pricing discussions to stay aligned with sales strategy.
• Facilitate client workshops, presentations and negotiations through sales stages.
