Job summary

Accenture is seeking a growth-focused Sales Capture Senior Manager to originate, shape, sell, and close large, high-value Banking & Capital opportunities. Lead multi-service deals, craft cloud and AI-enabled solutions, and develop executive relationships with top clients.

You will work across Accenture’s Strategy, Technology and Operations groups to drive revenue growth, while navigating complex, matrixed teams and global clients. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in selling Banking & Capital opportunities.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with quota preferably in excess of $15M+.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling financial services opportunities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cloud (AWS/AZURE).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI Platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Strong financial acumen and complex deal shaping experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions addressing complex technology business problems with deep client insights.
• Shape and drive strategic pursuits with senior client stakeholders.
• Define pursuit strategies and craft compelling client messaging.
• Build trusted executive relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities across data, cloud, application and infrastructure services.
• Travel may be required (25–100% depending on client needs).
