Accenture is seeking a growth-focused sales professional to originate, shape, sell and close large multi-service deals in the Utilities sector. You will manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, building relationships with senior buyers and Accenture leaders to pursue strategic opportunities with AI-enabled capabilities across cloud, data, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the Utilities Industry.
• Minimum of 6 years experience selling complex multi‑functional and technology business solutions.
• Minimum of 6 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in direct sales with quota in excess of $12+ Million.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
• Interacts with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits.
• Defines pursuit strategies, develops compelling client messaging, and builds trusted executive relationships.
• Brings differentiated, industry‑leading perspectives leveraging AI-enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data and AI, application development and management, and infrastructure services.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in cloud and AI platforms to shape and deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.
