Accenture is seeking a seasoned Sales Capture Lead to originate and own high-value opportunities across our client base, targeting a $32M+ annual sales target. You will shape value propositions using AI/GenAI solutions and mobilize ecosystem partners to close large, strategic deals.

The role requires deep experience in cloud-based data solutions and selling into multiple industries, with a track record of closing multi-million-dollar quotas and leading full-cycle pursuits.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience selling cloud-based data solutions, AI/ML platforms, or related technology services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Tech, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to carry and close against a $20M+ annual quota.
• Minimum 5 years of sales pursuit management across the full sales cycle.
• Experience co-selling with at least one major ecosystem partner (Palantir, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

• Originate, qualify, and drive net-new sales opportunities across assigned industry accounts, with accountability for a $32M+ annual sales target.
• Develop compelling value propositions addressing complex client challenges using AI, GenAI, and partner-enabled solutions.
• Engage senior client management, define pursuit strategy, shape commercial frameworks, and develop the opportunity narrative.
• Mobilize ecosystem partners to structure larger, outcome-oriented deals.
• Partner with account teams and delivery leaders to ensure smooth post-close transitions and strong client outcomes.
• Travel required: 25–75% depending on portfolio and client needs.
