Accenture is seeking a Growth-focused Sales Capture Senior Manager to originate, shape, sell, and close large deals that span multiple services, delivering value to clients and profits to Accenture. The role requires deep experience selling complex technology and industry solutions, with a focus on chemicals and natural resources.

You will lead strategic pursuits, engage senior stakeholders, and build executive-level relationships while leveraging AI-enabled capabilities across technology

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling complex technology and business solutions.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience working with primary and process industries (Process and heavy manufacturing, Mining, Chemicals).
• Minimum of 6 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $12+ Million.

Responsibilities

• Origin, shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service which are profitable to Accenture and valuable to our clients.
• Create solutions to complex technology business problems by engaging senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership.
• Define pursuit strategies, develop client messaging, and build trusted executive relationships.
