Range USA in Hodgkins, IL is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales efforts while ensuring daily store operations, safety, and compliance. You will open/close routines, coach staff, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will drive firearm, membership, and class sales, build customer relationships, and maintain store standards with attention to detail and a strong safety mindset. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow compliance procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards.
• Review KPIs and coach team to expectations from this data.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions).
• Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Execute daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, register management, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain visual standards through merchandising and ad set execution.
