Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards
• Review KPIs and coach team to expectations based on data
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions)
• Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge and recommendations
• Execute daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, register management, and cash reconciliation
• Produce and maintain daily store metrics, huddle notes, and schedules
• Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution to maintain visual standards
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to firearm safety protocols and ATF regulations
• Ensure range readiness, safety, and compliance
