Job summary

Clorox is looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to enable customer strategy for the Litter/Brita/Food/Charcoal Target Team. You will use data and reporting analytics to drive the sales strategy, support core reporting, and provide analytical support to bring customer plans to life.

You’ll forecast base, promo, and total volume, lead risk and volatility analyses, and deliver regular sales performance reports to GMs and Business Units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in sales analysis, forecasting, or business analytics (retail/CPG preferred).
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting for Target teams (base, promotional, total volume).
• Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to inform decisions.
• Drive monthly KPI tracking and cross-functional education on performance.
• Analyze headwinds/tailwinds and identify actionable opportunities for sales.
