Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to enable the customer strategy for Target teams through data and reporting analytics. You will own core reporting, provide analytical support, and help translate customer strategies into actionable plans.

In this role, you will forecast base, promotional, and total volumes; drive KPI tracking; communicate insights to senior leaders; and partner closely with sales managers to support planning and performance updates in a collaborative, hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in sales analysis, forecasting, or analytics in retail/CPG.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, and CRM platforms.
• Exceedra experience is a plus.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Forecast base, promotional, and total volumes for Target teams.
• Lead risk and volatility analysis to reduce forecasting errors.
• Drive monthly KPI tracking and cross-functional education on performance.
• Analyze headwinds, tailwinds, and opportunities for the sales team.
• Deliver regular sales and performance reporting to GMs and BUs.
• Support account managers and sales director with real-time updates.
