Job summary
American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Sales Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Sales Operations team as an individual contributor. This senior analytical seat will be the trusted source of truth for sales analytics, moving from descriptive reporting to proactive, predictive insights.
You will build forecasting models, dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau, and partner across Sales, Marketing and Finance to align metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales analytics or revenue operations.
- Proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Experience building forecast and predictive models.
Responsibilities
- Serve as go-to for sales insights and data-driven decisions.
- Upgrade analytics from descriptive dashboards to actionable insights.
- Partner with sales leadership to deliver ad hoc reporting.
- Own forecast reporting and accuracy.
- Build ML-based models to flag deals likely to close or slip.
- Design executive dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau.
- Translate problems into structured analyses and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Finance on metrics and standards.
- Support QBRs and strategic planning with rigorous analysis.
- Ensure data governance across Salesforce and GTM systems.
