Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Analytics Sr. Manager to own the Sales Analytics function within a Business Unit of Worldwide Commercial Operations.

You will design and deploy SQL-based Tableau dashboards built on ML models, and partner with sales leadership to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy. You will collaborate with an Advanced Analytics team, translate business questions into prescriptive insights, and influence strategy through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in sales operations, business intelligence, sales analytics, or financial analysis in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of relational database (SQL) experience.
• 3+ years’ experience using Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar software to implement data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with data science teams and ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in your business unit, identifying opportunities for improvement via technology, process, or strategy.
• Translate business questions into predictive and prescriptive insights that empower the sales organization.
• Design, develop, and deploy SQL-based Tableau dashboards built on ML models.
• Regularly attend sales performance reviews and strategy meetings as the analytics expert.
• Manage prioritization of projects with BU leadership.
