American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Sales Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Sales Operations team as an individual contributor. This senior role moves beyond descriptive reporting to proactive, actionable insights, building predictive forecasting models and translating market context into recommendations for sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/GTM analytics, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, Excel, and Tableau.
• Experience building forecast reporting and predictability models, including machine learning or statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for sales insights and data-driven decisions.
• Uplevel analytics from descriptive dashboards to proactive, actionable insights that inform GTM strategy.
• Partner with sales leadership to deliver ad hoc reporting for strategic and in-quarter decisions.
• Own forecast reporting and accuracy in predicting close-won results.
• Build predictive models to flag likely close deals, risk, or slips.
• Design executive dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau covering pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance.
