Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Analytics Sr. Manager to own the Sales Analytics function for a Business Unit within Worldwide Commercial Operations.

You will partner with sales leadership, sales finance, and other stakeholders to deliver prescriptive insights and automated Tableau dashboards built on ML models to improve forecasting and seller productivity. The role requires strong SQL, data visualization, and communication skills, plus the ability to translate business questions into actionable

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in sales operations, business intelligence, analytics in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years of relational database (SQL) experience.
• 3+ years using Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar for data visualization.
• Experience working with data science teams and ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in your business unit and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate business questions into prescriptive insights with analytics team.
• Design, develop, and deploy SQL-based Tableau dashboards for leadership.
• Attend performance reviews and strategy meetings as analytics lead.
• Manage project prioritization with BU leadership.
