Responsibilities

• Research commercial and residential properties to identify key decision-makers and support business development.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking using Salesforce, Slack, Asana.
• Assist the Sales and Client Relations teams with contract administration, documentation, reporting, and other sales support functions.
• Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence with state organizations and manage rebate submissions, extension requests, and related program documentation.
