Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a Sales Admin to operate the sales engine: manage CRM, data, and deal flow across proposals, quotes, incentives and construction handoffs.

You will support the sales team with proposals, qualify leads, and track RFPs while driving process improvements using AI tools and automation. This role blends business analysis with project management in a fast-paced renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales operations, sales support, business analysis, CRM administration or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft proposals and emails.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and governance.
• Experience with AI-driven drafting, data analysis and CRM automation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and send proposals, quotes and follow-up materials for the sales team.
• Qualify inbound leads, schedule calls and site assessments, and move pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Prepare RFP/RFQ responses and track requirements across engineering and construction inputs.
• Track incentive and rebate applications and deadlines to protect revenue.
• Support contract execution and hand projects to engineering/construction.
• Serve as main contact for customers, utilities and partners during transition.
